PRELAUNCH DRAFT
Terms of service
The draft terms for using Shopemail.
Last reviewed 4 November 2026
About these terms
Shopemail is a Shopify notification-email design tool independently operated by an individual in Pakistan. These terms are a prelaunch draft, not a complete launch agreement. The operator’s legal identity, contact details, effective date and applicable dispute process remain to be finalized.
Your account and content
Use an email address you control and keep your account secure. Only access workspaces and content that you are authorized to use. You retain the rights you hold in content you add and allow Shopemail to process it to provide the requested editing, saving, preview and export functions.
Only add images, trademarks and content that you have permission to use. Do not use the service for spam, impersonation, unlawful content, malicious code or unauthorized access.
Designing and exporting
Shopemail creates design drafts and exported Liquid templates. Shopify remains the notification sender. Review your text, rules, variables, hosted images and rendered notifications before installing an export in Shopify.
A preview or successful operation check does not guarantee compatibility with every email client, availability of every Shopify variable, delivery, opens or business results.
Connected agents
You choose whether to connect an agent, which theme it may access and the permissions it receives. Checked edits run through supported document operations and appear in activity history. Review the result before export and revoke access when it is no longer needed.
Shopemail, Shopify and Anthropic are separate services. A connection to Shopemail does not authorize an agent to send notifications or install changes in Shopify.
Availability, plans and suspension
The current service is under development. Features and availability may change. No paid subscription or billing commitment is created by this release. Any paid plan will need explicit pricing, renewal, cancellation and refund terms before purchase.
Access may be restricted to protect the service or investigate abuse. Production notice, appeal, termination and data-retrieval procedures remain to be specified.
Release terms still required
Before public launch, finalize service commitments, consumer rights, limitations of liability, dispute resolution and applicable law with reference to the operator and intended customers. No limitation in this draft is intended to remove mandatory rights.
